The Buzz CRM Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in The Buzz CRM Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by International Web Marketers, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

Affiliates must reside in a jurisdiction where affiliate programs of this nature are legal.

Employees, contractors, or representatives of a business referred to The Buzz CRM are not eligible to earn commissions on that business’s account.

2. Commission Structure

Monthly Plans: Affiliates earn a recurring 20% commission on the net monthly subscription amount for the lifetime of the referred customer’s account.

Annual Plans: Affiliates earn a one-time 20% commission on the net annual subscription amount.

Net Amount Definition: Commissions are calculated on the amount actually collected, excluding discounts, coupons, credits, chargebacks, taxes, or fees.

Example: If the billed amount is $497 instead of $597 due to a coupon, commission is calculated from $497.

3. Cookie Tracking

Referrals are tracked using a 90-day cookie window.

If a prospect signs up within 90 days of clicking your affiliate link, you are credited with the referral (provided no other affiliate is credited later).

Last-click attribution applies.

4. Payouts

Payouts are issued once your account reaches the minimum payout threshold of $100.

Payments are made via ACH, check, or any method determined by the company.

Payouts may take up to 90 days from the end of the month in which the sale occurred to allow for chargeback, refund, and fraud review.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any required tax information (e.g., W-9 for U.S. affiliates) prior to your first payout.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote The Buzz CRM through ethical, legal, and brand-compliant means, subject to the following restrictions:

Prohibited Activities:

Spamming via email, social media, or messaging platforms.

Running paid ads on The Buzz CRM’s branded keywords, trademarks, or domain names.

Misrepresenting the Company, our offers, or your relationship with us.

Using cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or fraudulent activity.

Brand Usage: Affiliates may only use approved marketing assets provided by the Company, or otherwise must obtain written permission to use Company logos, trademarks, or content.

6. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation at any time, with or without cause.

If terminated for violation of these Terms, unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

Affiliates may terminate participation by providing written notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes no guarantees regarding your success or income.

Our liability for any claim arising out of this Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the prior 6 months.

8. Modifications

The Company may update or modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website or notifying affiliates by email.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By participating in The Buzz CRM Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
